Our Founder

Neil is Founder and CEO of Revolutionise. His training as a registered Nurse, Paramedic, Advanced Practitioner, and his 20 years’ experience working as a Clinician and Board Director in the NHS inspired him to create Revolutionise.

His vision was to work with healthcare teams to transform operations and improve patient care.

Since founding Revolutionise in 2013, Neil has worked with healthcare systems, organisations and teams to develop some groundbreaking solutions to improve service delivery and patient care.

His approach incorporates team-based support for healthcare professionals, a revolutionary new workforce management system and diagnostic tool. These are changing the way medical professionals work for the better. 

His broad experience and understanding of the healthcare sector has facilitated the bringing together of health professionals and the Board to improve performance and achieve successful change. He is motivated by the wellbeing of patients and helping healthcare professionals tap into innovative solutions to improve delivery.
